Staff were pleasant and very good!

Was there for short stay, location was great, really close to the park-500 m. It was 1 km from Comptoirs du Monde, offering quick-service food. The rooms were fairly quiet with the double sofa bed pulled out, nothing to complain about.

The location was perfect, with plenty of kid-friendly amenities like a kids library, game center, and swimming pool. the dinner was excellent and check-in/check-out was efficient.

Felt truly spoilt, no complaints.

It was almost cold in the room and in the corridors.

Poor restaurant service, poor value, tired unhappy staff. Chipped teapots, cracked cups, silly modern plates.

We had the raddest time exploring the coolest place ever - Futuroscope! It's like this mind-blowing amusement park that combines learning and fun. We went on crazy rides, watched mind-bending shows, and got the craziest souvenirs ever! Plus, the hotel staff were super friendly and the free Xbox in the games room was a dream come true. Best. Vacation. Ever!

The only thing we wished for was a happening nightlife scene for us young party animals. It would have been awesome if the hotel had organized some parties or events for us to let loose and dance the night away.

We stayed at this hotel previously 11 years ago. It has been refurbished, the rooms were very comfortable and the breakfast was good -as one expects for a Novotel.

The Hotel is situated on the Futuroscope theme park complex, and our intention, apart from an overnight stop, was to attend the illuminations spectacular show, at 2230 and 2330. We were delayed in arriving at the Hotel through traffic congestion. We couldn't find information about attending the theme park, reception couldn't assist, and therefore took our car there - although a shuttle bus was evident. In consequence although we expected to get dinner at the Hotel, by the time we got out of the theme park car park in rain, all public areas in the Hotel were closed. We had a dry sandwich on room service, and a bottle of wine out of the car. This is not what we expect of a 3 star hotel, and happened purely because of lack of information

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was very convenient, just off the motorway, making it a perfect stopover during my journey. The hotel staff were friendly and efficient, making the check-in and check-out process smooth and hassle-free. In the morning, the restaurant was bustling with guests enjoying breakfast, ensuring there were plenty of staff available. The hotel also had a great pool area, although I didn't get the chance to use it. this place was a comfortable and luxurious choice for my stay.

I have only positive things to say about this hotel and would highly recommend it to others.

Silent and bright rooms, compact bathroom. Great and absolutely perfect location for our visit to The machine Traveling in Time not too far away from the hotel.

This place is modern, welcoming, has a separate toilet, and offers the convenience of a double sofa bed as well as additional sofa beds.

Guests can enjoy rooms with windows that can be opened to let in fresh air.

The hotel is just off the autoroute so brilliant as a stop off if you are not picky about your accommodation. It is also well placed for the famous attraction of the area. the breakfast buffet has a nice selection, and the staff at the restaurant are attentive.

The toilet is situated on a low slatted platform, which gives a claustrophobic feeling.

The breakfast was good with a variety of options like muesli, hot waffles, and pancakes. the location near the Gilets Jaunes activity was perfect for us. - It was a short walk to travel to the south of France, the park, and the restaurant.

We had a pleasant stay at the Novotel. the family room was a bit tight when the extra bed was extended, but it didn't bother us much since we only stayed one night. the room and basement corridor seemed a bit worn, out, but overall it was still nice. Dinner at the hotel was excellent, and we were pleased that the basic buffet breakfast was included. the check, in and checkout process was efficient, and the staff were friendly. the hotel also offered free parking, which was convenient. It was just a short walk of 5, 10 minutes to the Futurescope, so we didn't need to take the car. We would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay. Cons: Nothing bad to say. 👍.

Convenient and Well, Maintained Hotel During our romantic escape, we enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel, which was just a stone's throw away from the autoroute. We also appreciated the modern facilities offered by the hotel, which were well, maintained and clean. the breakfast buffet was satisfactory.

Poor Customer Service and Limited Restaurant Options Unfortunately, our experience with the customer service was incredibly disappointing, as staff members were unprofessional and unhelpful. the lack of restaurant options in the vicinity of the hotel was a major downside, as we were left with no choice but to eat at the in, hotel restaurant.
